Charlotte, North Carolina has a ton of fun things to do in the summer time. One popular attraction is Carowinds Theme Park. It is located about 13 miles southwest of Charlotte which is a 20 minute drive. I have been there plenty of times and they are always adding on and remodeling the park. Recently they added the coaster called Fury 325 which is the worlds tallest and fastest Giga coaster. During Halloween the theme park turns into Scarowinds where you can go through haunted houses and the whole park is super spooky. It is obviously super kid friendly and a great idea to bring your family for the day. They even have a water park! Plenty of adults and teenagers go to Carowinds as well. Charlotte is super lucky to have a huge theme park super close so take advantage!

I agree completely with your topic. Charlotte has become almost like a southern New York. It is a great place for families to reside or for business ventures. It has become one of the bigger cities in NC and is now a bit of a tourist attraction.
